BANGKOK. The veteran Japanese golfer. T. Ishii, yesterday won the Thai Open championship at Bangkok, shooting a one-under-par 71 for a four-round total of 283. Second place was shared by Kao Chi Hsiung (Formosa) and A. Jacklln (England), four strokes behind the winner. The 22-year-old Jacklin came from behind with a three-under-par 69, which also gave him a 100-dollar prize for the day’s best score.
