TALKS IN ADEN
No Accord Reached (N Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) ADEN, March 19. Independence talks between Britain and South Arabia ended in disagreement last night. The Federal rulers refused to accept a British plan to grant the 17-nation Federation independence before the end of this year, it is believed. Britain’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr George Thomson, flew to Aden unexpectedly on Friday. He had two long sessions yesterday with the South Arabian Federal Supreme Council at Al Ittihad, the Federal capital near Aden. Responsible sources said that if the British Foreign Secretary, Mr George Brown, announced a date for independence in the Commons tomorrow, it would be without Federal Government approvaL
