(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) GLASGOW. Kissing and hugging have to stop—at least on Scottish soccer fields. The Scottish Football Association, concerned at the outbursts of emotion by players after goalscoring, issued the edict in a circular to clubs this week.
