Maori Farms And Homes Visited
(New Zealand Press Association) HAMILTON, March 14. The Parliamentary Select Committee on Maori Affairs continued its inspection tour of the Waikato today after visiting a Maori Affairs Department development scheme yesterday.
The committee was shown the 4220-acre Aotearoa station, south-east of Te Awamutu. Today the committee saw
two farms, inspected the Maori housing at Waihi Pa and attended a forma] reception at Turangawaewae Marae, Ngaruawahia.
