Poisoned By Platypus
(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) YASS, March 13. Two people who were poisoned by a platypus in Yass yesterday are recovering after hospital treatment. They had tried to make friends and fondle the little animal but it dug its spurs into their hands. Platypus spurs are connected to a gland which secretes poison.
