(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) MELBOURNE. The former Queensland stayer, Bore Head, won the Australian Cup at Flemington yesterday, and almost broke the record for 10 furlongs. His time of 2min 1 l-ssec was (see outside the record. Bore Head won the 1995 Caulfield Cup, then lapsed in form. Yesterday's win was his first of note since.
