Dunedin Man Appeals
J. J. Reid, of Dunedin, has lodged an appeal with the New Zealand Trotting Conference against a two-year term of disqualification imposed on him in Dunedin on February 22. Reid was found guilty of a corrupt practice by a subcommittee of the conference, after an inquiry into the forging of a signature on a registration form of joint interests in the horse, Prince Rada, which was also disqualified for two years. No date has been set for the hearing of the appeal in Dunedin.
