A modern two-bedroomed bungalow and a three-roomed bach at Jollies Pass road, Hanmer, were sold for £4750 at public auction on Saturday morning. The property was offered on account of the estate of B. E. Tucker, by Mr R. Simes. Outbuildings on the leaser hold section include a garage and workshop.
