He came within an ace of winning the Adams Mile. Tara’s Pride just outflnished him in the closing stages. Loofah has trained on well since then. He galloped impressively between races at Woodville last weelr. Ichtar has not raced since he won at Riccarton earlier in the month. His return to form is a credit to his trainer A. S. Kaye. Ichtar should be suited by a mile on this course as he finished well to win at 10 fur. longs in his last start after being unlucky on the first day. Yoshiko is a speedy galloper In the Walmana Handicap and should dominate the betting. Tracey won well at Bulls on Saturday. Yoshiko was most impressive tn hack class.
