St. Andrew’s Batsmen Fail, Out For 90
St Andrew’s College was bundled out for 90 on an excellent batting pitch on the first day of its annual cricket match against Timaru Boys’ High School on the college grounds yesterday. St Andrew’s finished 44 vus behind Timaru’s first innings total of 134, but before bad light and rain stopped play, had retrieved a little prestige by capturing the wicket of both openers for 12 runs when Timaru batted again.
