(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW, Feb. 27. Moscow Zoo today turned down a British offer to fly Russia's panda An-An to Britain for a new mating attempt with Chi-Chi. The official reason is that the Russian male bear is ill with stomach trouble. “We don’t want to run the risk,” said the Moscow Zoo director, Dr. Igor Sosnovsky.
