TELEVISION PROGRAMME
“Compass” To Return (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 26. The New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation’s current affairs programme “Compass” will return to the television screen as a weekly half-houi programme in April. The corporation announced this tonight when plans for its television and radio current affairs programmes for 1967 were released. The first series of nine editions of “Compass” will begin on April 6. The programme, “Topic,” will not be revived this year, as “Compass” will now be able to handle subjects previously included in “Topic.” “Column Comment,” a weekly programme on comment on the New Zealand press, will make a reappearance on April 5.
