Mr K. W. McArthur is a Lower Hutt building contractor who used to own a mobile shed. The other day he lost it He had left the shed on a construction site in Pharazin street He had been working on a contract there, but had been delayed and just left the shed.
Last Friday someone wrote on the shed in red paint the words “Free to take away.”
A man arrived on Saturday, hooked the shed to his car and drove away. A woman living nearby said that she saw a man in a gold and brown car take the shed. In the car was a woman and a child. The shed Is made of silver-painted corrugated iron with a steel frame and has a door opening on to the tow bay. Inside the shed were shovels, crowbar and hoses. The total value is £l3O.
