Myer’s Fourth Centre

Myer Emporium, Ltd., Australia’s biggest department store, is to build its fourth regional shopping centre at Nepean Highway, Cheltenham. one of the southern suburbs of Melbourne.

The $20,000,000 centre, which will be known as Southland, is expected to be opened in September, 1968. One of the company’s other new centres. Eastland, in a different area of Melbourne, will open in March the same year.
