The moving of eight tons of building material from the head of Lake Wakatipu to the Harris saddle was completed on Saturday morning by two R.N.Z.A.F. Iroquois helicopters. The hut will be built for the Mount Aspiring National Park board. The two helicopters started work in difficult conditions at 6.20 ajn. yesterday. Mr Anderson, of Queenstown, who wiH build the hut, said the helicopter di<t a magnificent job to complete the airlift by 11 a.m. Torrential rain fell all the time. Mr Anderson hopes to have the hut completed in two weeks.
