Mr G. Dryden Appointed "The Press” Special Service AUCKLAND, Jan. 22. Mr G. Dryden has been appointed general manager, marketing, of U.E.B. Textiles, which will control all of U.E.B. Industries Ltd.'s yarn, textile and garment operations. Mr Dryden, who is 35, was a senior partner in Ord-Dry-den Ltd., public relations and marketing consultants, of Auckland and Wellington. He will remain a director of the company.
U.E.B. Textiles’ operations include the Ross and Glendining Company Ltd., Dunedin, Steeles Carpet Industries and Amtex Fabrics, Auckland, the Napier Woollen Mills, New Zealand Combing Company, Awatoto, Clifton Knitwear, Christchurch, International Styles (Anthony Squires), Hamilton, and sales service centres in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
