About 25 persons were seized by police during Mass in St Patrick’s Cathedral, New York, yesterday when they staged a demonstration tion against the war in Vietnam. Carrying pictures of a maimed Vietnamese infant they walked about just after the priest had finished his sermon.

They were immediately taken into custody by plainclothes policemen and detectives who had been stationed inside the church.
