U.K. Talks Soon (Special Crspdt. N.Z.PA.) LONDON, January 23. The annual butter quota negotiations between Britain and New Zealand are expected to start either late this week or early next week. The British Government delivered its proposals to New Zealand officials here late on Friday. The negotiating team, led by the Deputy High Commissioner (Mr C. Craw) is now awaiting instructions from Wellington. The New Zealand Daily Board representatives, Sir Andrew Linton, the chairman, and Mr A. Ward, the general manager, are expected to arrive in London on Tuesday.
