Rangiora Power Cut
Rangiora was without electric power for more than an hour last evening through a fault in a high-tension electricity feeder. The fault occurred at 7.40 p.m. Power was restored to the central, eastern and southern areas of the borough about 9 p.m. and to the western area shortly before 10 p.m. The cause of the cut was not known.
