Marshal Ky’s Visit
Sir,—Many people who were at the airport to welcome Air Vice-Marshal Ky were treated to a revealing demonstration of how our behave < when provoked. Among the posters displayed by this pathetic group were some particularly offensive ones. A man who pulled one down was promptly attacked by two men and punched in the face three times. A woman who stepped in was turned on and only saved from a punch in the face by the arrival of the police. These gallants are the very ones who cry “Negotiate now,” “Stop the fighting.” They made no attempt to negotiate before using their fists today.—Yours, etc., ONE OF MANY ' EYEWITNESSES. January 23, 1967.
