POPE PAUL BETTER
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) . VATICAN CITY, Jan. 22. Pope Paul is making a good recovery from influenza, and celebrated Mass in his private chapel yesterday morning. Cardinal Anleto Cigognani, Vatican Secretary of State, deputised for him yesterday at the Feast of Saint Agnes, when under an ancient tradition two lambs are blessed.
