CANADA CUP
(N.Z. ' Press Association) WELLINGTON. A 24in-high ice hockey trophy to be known as the Canada Cup was presented to the Wellington Ice Hockey League today by the retiring High Commissioner for Canada, Mr K. J. Burbridge. The gold cup, to be competed for on an annual basis by senior teams in the Wellington league, was presented to Mr W. H. Yetman, assistant captain of the Valley Hawkes —the first team to win the league—and trainermanager of the Wellington team.
