NEW U.E.B. COMPANY
Textile Divs. Grouped (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 27. U.E.B. Textiles, Ltd., the company in which all textile interests of U.E.B. Industries, Ltd, will be combined, will have seven manufacturing divisions, according to a statement by the company.
The board of Ross and Glendining, Ltd, which will become U.E.B. Textiles, has been reorganised and now consists of Messrs J. N. C. Doig (chairman), J. H. Gemmell (managing-director), H. Hall, L. Tattersfield, G. S. Phillips, and P. Plummer. The Roslyn mill in Dunedin will now be known as the Ross and Glendining Company, Ltd. It has been reorganised into three production divisions and a central services division, and will be the biggest unit in U.E.B. textiles.
