The 14 Australian cricketers to tour New Zealand next February and March will be announced in Sydney on February 1. The Australian Board of Control has appointed an emergency committee —chairman, Mr R. Parish (Victoria), Mr S. Webb (New South Wales), and Sir Donald Bradman (South Australia), also a selector—to approve the team. This committee will also appoint the captain and vice-captain.
