NO DECISION ON FINANCE

NEW YORK, Dec. 20.
The General Assembly yesterday decided to postpone any decision on the financing of United Nations peacekeeping operations until a special session next April. The Soviet Union and France had charged that the adoption ot new peace-keeping proposals put forward by Canada would cause a grave crisis in the United Nations.
