Sir Walter Nash, who is in the Bowen Hospital, Wellington, is “quite comfortable.” He entered the hospital for rest and recuperation shortly after the election.—(P.A.) Mr D. L. Stacey, superintendent of N.Z. Forest Products’ kraft pulp mill at Kinleith, has accepted a two-year assignment with the Forestry and Forest Products Division of the Food and Agricultural Organisation. He will be stationed in Bangkok and will assist in many aspects of forest utilisation in the Far East.—(PA.)
