Soil Moisture
The Winchmore irrigation research station reported yesterday that the soil moisture deficit on the non-irrigated area at the station was 153 points compared with 124 at the same time last year. On the irrigated area the deficit was seven points. This area was last irrigated last Monday and can next be irrigated on December 19.
