Dunlop Aust. Take-over
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, December 9. Dunlop Rubber Australia Ltd., has taken a 47 per cent interest in Frank O’Neill Industries Ltd., in a deal worth more than 300,000 dollars on current market prices. Dunlop’s share interest was acquired from the directors, says a statement.
