Safe Stolen
A safe stolen from the premises of Burtt Porter, Ltd., 636 Ferry road, on Thursday night, contained no money. The premises were broken into by forcing a back door. The safe contained coilers worth about £l5O. Coilers are used in the manufacture of wire mattresses. Chocolates and 8000 cigarettes were stolen when the Greenhaven Dairy, 253 Burwood road, was burgled on Thursday night.
