More in City This Year The 334 building permits Issued by the Christchurch City Council last month bad a value of £611,592 and brought the total for the financial year to 2937, with a value of £5.093,725. At the same time last year 2673 permits bad been issued, with a value of £4,661,490. The November figures were 271 and £419,618. Last month permits were given for 54 new dwellings with a value of £184,085. Nine permits were granted for new flats, giving 20 units at a value of £56,700.
