New Edition Of Air Directory
In 1966, the 276 aircraft owned by 67 companies or aero clubs doing various kinds of aerial work in New Zealand spread fertiliser on 9.2 million acres, according to the 1967 edition of “Whites Air Director and Who’s Who in New Zealand.” The directory gives exhaustive coverage of many aspects of aviation. It lists, among other things, 23 com-pany-owned helicopters and 96 privately or club-owned gliders.
