WELLINGTON, Dec. 6. Solicitors for Dean Jack Eyre, a Minister of the Crown, today filed writs in the Supreme Court at Wellington. One writ is against Wilson and Horton Ltd., publishers of the “New Zealand Herald.” as first defendant and against the New Zealand Press Asso-
ciation Ltd., as second defendant It claims £25.000 from the first defendant and £40,000 from the first and second defendants.
Another writ against the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation, as first defendant and Norman Kirk, Leader of the Opposition, as second defendant claims £40,000.
