Medical Ch. Profit Up
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, December 5. Medical Chambers, Ltd., Welington property owner, increased its profit by 12.2 per cent or £2009, to £18,514 in the year to October 31, directors say in a preliminary report. Dividend for the year has been maintained at 8} per cent, ex December 15. The latest profit is after providing £2090 more for tax at £17,447. Earning rate on capital is up from 10,2 to 11.5 per cent.
