Blood Tests For Drivers
Sir,—We have heard what the Minister of Transport has to say on the subject of blood alcohol percentages as a criterion of drunken driving. We have heard him criticised by doctors, a prc'?ssor of chemistry and a magistrate. Now it would be appropriate to hear what the DirectorGeneral of Health, the Minister of Health, the D.S.I.R. and the Minister of Justice think about the Subject—or don’t they talk shop in working hours? —Yours, etc., LEECH THEM, TEACH THEM. December 3, 1966.
