Grant For Toilet Block
A grant of £7OO would be made by the Akaroa County Council towards the cost of a toilet block for the Duvauchelle showground, the council decided after hearing a deputation from the Peninsula Horse Show and Pastoral Association and the Banks Peninsula Pony Club.
Lyttelton Building.—Build ing permits to the value cf £166,194 have been granted by the Lyttelton Borough Council so far this year.
