To Join Thai V.S.A. Team
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 4. A Paeroa man has been selected by Volunteer Service Abroad to fill a vacancy in the Rotary - sponsored V.S.A. “good neighbour team” at Huaykla in North-east Thailand. He is Mr Gwilliam, a mechanical engineer. Mr P. Lowe, of Ashburton, who is already in Thailand, will become the team’s new leader, replacing Mr N. Bellingham. The “good neighbour team” does community and agricultural development work.
