Nominated As Selector
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. The former New Zealand single sculls rowing champion, J. Hill (Hamilton), has been nominated by the Auckland Rowing Association for the vacant office of one of the three New Zealand selectors. The vacant position has come from the resignation of Mr R. Douglas (Mercer) because of business commitments. The other selectors are Mr D. D. Rowlands and Mr F. Strachan.
