COMMUNIST CONFERENCE
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) BUDAPEST, Dec. 3. Preliminary preparations for a conference of world Communist parties next summer to discuss the ChinaSoviet quarrels are already under way, it was reported yesterday. Several important members of the world Communist movement have opposed such a meeting, but Russia and most of her Eastern European allies are in favour.
The conference will probably be held next June or July.
