Goat Found Mutilated
(N.Z. Press Association)' NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. 4. A goat tethered by a chain in a paddock in Tehura street, New Plymouth, was found by its owner on Saturday morning with one horn torn from its head, and its right fore-leg smashed. It was destroyed.
