Dancing By Moonlight

Nearly 100 members of Christchurch Scottish country dance clubs, and visitors from the North Island, Akaroa and Ashburton, took part in Scottish dancing by moonlight and fairy lights last evening. The dancing was held on the lawns at the home of Mr and Mrs R. M. Gyde, Kerrs road. Showers did not interrupt the dancing. The master of ceremonies was Mr D. Jenkinson, the immediate past president of the Canterbury branch of the New Zealand Scottish Country Dance Society.
