CREWMAN DROWNED
Sinatra Faces Law Suit (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) HONOLULU, November 20. Frank Sinatara was sued for $500,000 on Thursday in connexion with the drowning of a member of the crew of his yacht last year. The accident occurred off Massachusetts and the suit was filed here on behalf of Mrs Dolores Goldfarb, aged 22, the widow of Robert Goldfarb. a seaman. Goldfarb was drowned when he and a steward aboard the yacht—James O. Grimes—missed the launch to the anchored yacht and were being rowed back in a dinghy. The dinghy capsized 400 yards offshore and the suit alleges that Grimes panicked and grabbed Goldfarb, causing him to drown.
