Dominion Farmers’ Institute Ltd., Wellington property owner, reports that rents have been maintained at about the same figure as the previous year in the half year to October 31. Directors have decided not to proceed with any further major maintenance during the next six months. The operations of the company are proceeding satisfactorily.
