STATE VISIT TO MEXICO
Bonn Presiflent Keeps To Plan (N.Z.P A.-Reuter—Copyright) BONN, November 22. President Heinrich Luebke leaves today for a state visit to Mexico as the main West German political parties get down to serious bargaining over the formation of a new coalition Government. A spokesman said the President decided to go ahead with his visit because it had already been postponed twice. He has cut two days off his visit so as to be back in Bonn next Monday, when the situation may be clearer.
Faster Arrested.—Police today arrested a leading Hindu leader in a pre-dawn swoop on the’hut on the banks of the sacred Jumna river in Delhi where he was “fasting to death" to support demands for a ban on the slaughter of cows.—New Delhi, November
