Mosgiel Seeks £l00,000

DUNEDIN, Nov. 21
As part of a move to reorganise its financing, Mosgiel Woollens, Ltd., Dunedin, is asking shareholders to contribute £lOO,OOO in registered mortgage debenture stock. The £lOO,OOO is part of a £300,000 issue of which £200,000 has been taken by major insurance offices in New Zealand.
The five-year stock will carry 6} per cent interest, the seven-year 6| per cent, and the 10-year, 7 per cent interest.
