Junior Discus Record
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. J. Antunovich smashed the New Zealand junior discus record by almost 10ft at the Auckland centre’s graded scratch athletic meeting at Mount Smart Studium on Saturday with a throw of 181 ft Ilin. The record, 172 ft lin, was held by S. Williams. In four throws Antunovich fouled twice, and on the other throw angled the discus too high, reaching only 126 ft 71n.
