WELLINGTON, Oct. 19.
When he welcomed President Johnson at Rongotai, the GovernorGeneral (Sir Bernard Fergusson) read the following message from the Queen: I send you my best wishes on the occasion of your visit to New Zealand. I know that my New Zealand people will welcome this first visit by the Head of State of a country with which they are associated in many common endeavours and whose friendship they so highly value.
