Scouts To Go To Australia
About six Boy Scouts from Canterbury will be included in the New Zealand contingent of about 40 that will attend an Australian Corroboree at Woodhouse, near Adelaide. The corroboree will begin on December 28 and end on January 7. It is expected that more than 5000 Boy Scouts from Asian and Pacific countries will attend the gathering. After the corroboree, the New Zealand party will spend about two weeks sight-seeing before returning in late January.
