WO DIE OF INJURIES
Two pedestrians injured in road accidents in Christchurch died in Christchurch Hospital yesterday. , Mrs Mavis Stewart, aged about 54, of 16 Sumner street, suffered head injuries when hit by a truck in Lincoln road near the Addington Police Station about 7 p.m. on Friday.
Westbrook Wonnacott, aged 46, single, of 42 Thackeray street, suffered head injuries when hit by a car in Moorhouse avenue near Barbadoes street about 7 a.m. on Monday.
Anyone who saw the accidents is asked to get in touch with the motor accident inquiry branch at the Central Police Station.
