TOKYO, Oct. 11. North Vietnam joined China today in ruling out a bombing pause of North Vietnam, timed troop withdrawals and seating the Viet Cong at a peace conference as solutions to the Vietnam conflict, says the Associated Press.

Like the Chinese, the North Vietnamese reiterated that United States troops must pull out of Vietnam. Hanoi said this in a point-by-point rejection of a peace plan broached by the British Foreign Secretary, Mr George Brown.
