Blueprint For N.Z. Reading
(N.Z. Press Association! WELLINGTON, Oct. 10. A blueprint for roading improvements throughout New Zealand until 1976 will be released soon. It is the Ministry of Works’ 10-year needs survey, which will be tabled at the monthly meeting of the National Roads Board on October 19. The Chief Highways Engineer (Mr F. A. Langbein) said today the report was confidential until its release. It was a comprehensive document.
